I KNOT-TOGETHER, ENTANGLE AND COMBINE WORLDS

CHECK OUT WHAT I’VE DONE

CHECK OUT WHY I’VE DONE IT

CHECK OUT WHAT I THINK ABOUT

IN SHORT THIS IS WHAT I DO:

I make knots, entanglements and confrontations between worlds and disciplines in order to learn and progress together.

Nothing happens in general, things happen in particular. So I ask ‘What seems to be the situation?’ to make sense of the present and discover possible futures together.

My aim is to learn with design. Not to merely learn about design through the analysis of its objects, but to learn from and through it. Learning with design is to join with it, to correspond with it and its processes and practitioners. Doing so contributes to that quest of finding a truly sustainable way of living together. An experimental inquiry into the conditions and possibilities of life.

Sometimes in the role of researcher and project initiator in the fields of design, media and environmental humanities and sometimes as a sparring partner or creative in projects involving the cultural dimension of contemporary societal transitions. That’s what I have decided to devote my time to. Helping to inspire, learn, share and progress together. Because the world is wildly interesting.
